VINTAGE: 2022

VARIETIES AND VINES: Montepulciano 100%;

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% Vol.

PRODUCTION AREA: Vineyards located in the hilly areas of the Sinello valley;

HARVEST: First ten days of October;

VINIFICATION: Grapes harvested from the typical Abruzzo pergolas are immediately pressed and destemmed. After alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, it undergoes malolactic fermentation and decantation;

AGING: In stainless steel tanks and barriques;

COLOR: Intense red, with violet reflections and garnet notes;

BOUQUET: hints of cherry and red fruits that are linked to a balanced vanilla bouquet of wood;

TASTE: Notes of cherry, red fruits, liquorice and spices. Full-bodied and persistent, with an important tannic profile;

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20 °C;
