VINTAGE: 2022;

VARIETIES AND VINES: Pinot Noir;

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.% Vol;

HARVEST: Harvest of the grapes manually or mechanically in the period between the end of August and mid-September, based on the optimal ripeness of the grapes;

VINIFICATION: Destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, followed by cold maceration for a few days to extract aromas and colours, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (approximately 24-26°C) with frequent pumping over and délestages, followed by maturation in French oak barriques for at least 10-12 months;

REFINEMENT - STORAGE: Refinement in the bottle for at least 6-12 months before being released for consumption. Store in a cool place at a temperature of 14°C - 16°C;

COLOR: Bright ruby ​​red with garnet reflections;

BOUQUET: Complex and delicate, with notes of red fruits such as cherry, strawberry and currant, accompanied by floral hints of rose and violet, and hints of sweet spices and toasted wood;

TASTE: Elegant and harmonious, with a medium body and a pleasant softness. Persistent fruity taste with silky tannins and a light note of vanilla on the finish;

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14°C - 16°C;

GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS: Excellent with lightly spiced white or red meat dishes, mushroom risottos, game, and semi-hard cheeses. It also pairs well with cold cuts and cheese appetizers.
