VINTAGE: 2023;

VARIETIES AND VINES: Pecorino 100%;

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% Vol;

PRODUCTION AREA: Vineyards located in the hills of southern Abruzzo;

HARVEST: Harvest of the grapes in the period between the end of September and the beginning of October, when the grapes have reached full phenolic ripeness;

VINIFICATION: Destemming of the grapes followed by soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature (around 16-18°C) in stainless steel tanks to preserve the primary aromas, followed by a short period of refinement on the fine lees;

REFINEMENT - STORAGE: Refinement in the bottle for at least 1-2 months before being released for consumption. Store in a cool place at a temperature of 10°C - 12°C;

COLOR: Straw yellow with greenish reflections;

BOUQUET: Intense and complex, with notes of white flowers, white peach and citrus fruits, accompanied by hints of aromatic herbs and minerality;

TASTE: Fresh, vibrant and mineral, with a pleasant acidity that gives balance to the wine. Persistent fruity taste with hints of almond and a light saline note on the finish;

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10°C - 12°C;

GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS: Excellent as an aperitif and ideal with fish and shellfish dishes, sushi, light vegetable-based appetizers, summer salads and fresh soft cheeses.
