VARIETIES AND VINES: White grapes, 100% Pecorino;

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% Vol;

HARVEST: Early September;

VINIFICATION: Skin maceration, temperatures vary between 13-16 °C to favor the extraction of substances contained in the skin of the grapes. Malolactic fermentation not carried out. Aging: 85% steel – 15% barrique;

COLOR: Straw yellow with greenish reflections;

BOUQUET: Fresh, floral, fruity, pleasantly spicy;

TASTE: Fresh, soft and persuasive with balsamic notes on the aftertaste;

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12 °C;

GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS: Excellent with starters, delicate first and second courses. Ideal with all seafood cuisine.
