VINTAGE: 2023;

VARIETIES AND VINES: Sauvignon Blanc;

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% Vol;

HARVEST: Harvest of the grapes manually at the end of August or the beginning of September, when they have reached full phenolic and aromatic ripeness;

VINIFICATION: Destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature (around 12-14°C) in stainless steel tanks to preserve the primary aromas and freshness, followed by a short period of refinement on the fine lees to enrich the complexity of the wine;

REFINEMENT - STORAGE: Refinement in the bottle for at least 1-2 months before being released for consumption. Store in a cool place at a temperature of 10°C - 12°C;

COLOR: Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections;

BOUQUET: Intense and fruity, with notes of tropical fruits such as mango, papaya and maracuja, followed by hints of citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and white flowers;

TASTE: Fresh and vibrant, with a pleasant acidity and a light minerality. Fruity and persistent taste, with hints of lemon, grapefruit and a pleasant herbaceous note at the finish;

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10°C - 12°C;

GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS: Excellent as an aperitif and ideal with fish dishes, shellfish, summer salads, first courses based on vegetables and fresh cheeses. It also pairs well with light appetizers and sushi.
