Exclusive line of Naviganti Gran Cuvée Brut Imperial bubbles. The result of work capable of combining tradition and innovation, in a vision which, starting from the distinctive elements of our productions, develops with the aim of satisfying consumer expectations. This Brut sparkling wine produced with the Charmat method in an autoclave for 90 days and then bottled is entirely produced with our Passerina and Cococciola grapes (native vine of the Abruzzo region). It is an excellent product and of superior quality to the norm. It has a thin and elegant foam with a persistent and brilliant perlage. With a soft and persuasive taste, a fine and prolonged bubble stands out in the glass (a direct consequence of the sparkling wine making method and maturation time). Intense, fine and complex, it has golden reflections that give light and freshness.
With hints of bread crust, white currants and gooseberries, it manages to convey great balance and roundness. With a marked intensity, it transmits a rich and inviting taste at the first taste. Its structure is well balanced between freshness and residual sugar. In the mouth it is soft and delicate, very balanced. Thanks to their versatility, these bubbles lend themselves beautifully as companions for your moments of relaxation, adding a note of elegance and freshness to your social gatherings.
Whether you're a dry fan or have a taste for something fruitier, our selection offers a wide range of options to suit every palate. A Franciacorta Brut which, with its lively acidity, harmonises well with dishes based on seafood, shellfish and a variety of sushi flavours. It knows how to accentuate the delicacy of the salmon and contrasts well with the creaminess of the cheeses.
